HOW IT WORKS

Concerned about numerous health care trends that are negatively affecting doctor-patient relationships and the way care is delivered, Dr. Ruden partnered with Castle Connolly Private Health Partners, LLC (CCPHP) in 2015 to create a unique, membership-based practice model that provides a more positive health care experience for both patients and providers.
 
In this model, Dr. Ruden has considerably fewer patients than a typical primary care doctor. This allows him to have enough time to provide each and every patient with personalized, patient-centered care. Members of Ruden-CCPHP pay a modest annual fee to take advantage of a wide array of member benefits and enjoy a more unhurried, connected, and compassionate approach to health care.
 
Membership fees are payable to CCPHP Ruden, LLC, a business entity that is separate from Dr. Ruden’s practice. Dr. Ruden provides all professional services through his practice, Ruden, Rosen, Bush. Since the membership fees do not pay for any insurance-covered health care services, patients need to maintain their health insurance as well. Dr. Ruden participates with Medicare and most major health insurers. Professional services covered by the patient’s health plan are also subject to the plan’s co-pays and deductibles.
